Pawnest Pets 📅 Advance Booking Prior booking is mandatory Same-day bookings are subject to availability Bookings can be made via call / WhatsApp ⏰ Drop-off & Pick-up Timings Pets must be dropped off and picked up within booked time slots Late pick-ups may attract additional charges 🐶🐱 Pet Eligibility Pets must be healthy, active, and free from contagious diseases Basic vaccinations should be up to date Aggressive pets must be informed in advance 🧾 Trial / First Visit First-time pets may require a short trial session Behavior assessment is done for safety of all pets 💳 Payment Policy Payment to be made in advance to confirm booking Day care fees are non-refundable once booked ❌ Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours in advance Last-minute cancellations may not be refunded 🧼 Safety & Care Pets are supervised at all times Clean, hygienic, and stress-free environment ensured Owners must share any medical or behavioral details 📸 Updates Photo/video updates will be shared when possible
